If it was a professional sporting event, chances are the legendary sports broadcaster Bob Costas has called it, broke-it-down, interviewed the elite athlete and traveled the world covering sporting events. For decades Costas was the gold-standard of sports broadcasting, and had every coveted sports broadcasting job.
