What do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?," the former Vice President interrupted the question with a smile and chuckle afterward.
"I know you're trying to goad me," the presumed Democrat nominee said before going on to state that he's "so looking forward to having an opportunity to sit with the President or stand with the President in debates," adding that the American people can judge his mental and physical fitness. Though, he visibly struggled to speak the word 'fitness' twice before saying it correctly.
