Keeping Apart & Staying Together: Meet The Resident DJs at 'Radio Recliner'

The coronavirus pandemic and lockdown has not been easy for anyone... But it's been especially hard on those in senior living facilities.

In a time of extreme isolation and often loneliness, residents in senior living facilities have recently turned to internet radio as a way to connect with each other, and the rest of the world.

They even produce their own shows!

It's called "Radio Recliner" and it's a pirate radio station run by real 'Resident DJs' at senior living facilities across the country. It allows them to share music, memories, send messages and more to those they love with new shows everyday.

Chip Reid of "CBS This Morning" also reported on the Resident DJs.
