We have been hearing this on the down-low from the LAPD rank and file. Morale is down.
These cops have been disrespected, spat-on, cussed-out and flat out abused by BLM activists and other protesting bullies.
Who backs them up? Not Garcetti. Not Newsom. Not the LA Board of Supervisors. Not LA City Council. Not State legislators.
Instead, these despicable hacks want to take LAPD funds away while halting overtime for the work cops did during the protests and riots.
Joel B. Pollak from Breitbart News wrote this: Breitbart News source within the LAPD, who said: “Morale across the rank-and-file is at a record low. Especially out on the street in patrol. We have been vilified and abandoned by the mayor, all but three of the city council members, as well as many business owners and residents of the city of Los Angeles.”
Steve Gregory from KFI News was sent an anonymous letter sent to LAPD rank and file encouraging cops to call in sick during the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
