The three Minneapolis cops involved in last week's killing of George Floyd have been arrested in connection to the death.
Officers Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng have been charged as accomplices for standing by while another officer, Derek Chauvin, kneeled on the Floyd's neck, killing him.
Prosecutors have also upgraded Chauvin's charges of third-degree murder and manslaughter to second-degree murder.
Wayne joined Handel to break it all down and explain the upgraded charge as well as what may happen to the other 3 officers.
