A viral (ha ha) video from Japan shows how easily germs and viruses can spread in a restaurant.
The experiment was meant to simulate a normal buffet restaurant or cruise ship dining room.
Using black lights and glow gel to represent germs, the video shows 10 people coming into the restaurant with one of them designated as "infected".
He has the glow gel on his hands and everyone goes about their normal meals.
Afterwards the black light goes on and....well......it's everywhere.
The "germs" are on food, utensils, platters, on some of their clothing and even their faces.
