How to Make a Face Mask with Materials You Can Find at Home

Now that it's being recommended that we wear non-medical masks in public to protect ourselves from COVID-19, the question is how?

We've been told for a long time to not wear them and save the masks for medical professionals...and with the massive amounts of hoarding going on, good luck finding any.

So the next best thing?

Make it yourself!

Using some fabrics and materials you may have around the house (and sometimes a bit of sewing) you can make a perfectly acceptable mask.

Just remember that whatever you use, make sure the fabric is breathable and can block fluids.
