United States Now Leads in Third-Highest Number of Coronavirus Cases

Sadly, as the number of cases in the United States continues to rise it has now but us as the third-highest number of coronavirus cases in the world. We are behind China and Italy.

As of Monday morning, 35,000 cases are in the United States including 471 deaths.

The former homeland security adviser of the White House warned that the United States is on track to lead the world in cases by next.

“Sadly, the numbers now suggest the U.S. is poised to take the lead in #coronavirus cases,” Bosserttweeted. “It’s reasonable to plan for the US to top the list of countries with the most cases in approximately 1 week.”

China has at least 81,000 cases, while Italy has grappled with more than 59,000 infected patients, according to Johns Hopkins University.

Spain is not that close behind though with 33,000.
