Santa Ana Police Seek 7-Eleven Robbery Suspect

The robbery happened just after 9 a.m. Monday at a 7-Eleven convenience store at 2600 N. Bristol St., police said.

The suspect ``became aggressive'' with a clerk when he did not have enough money to pay for what he wanted, police said. He struck the clerk when he tried to grab the selected items, attacked the clerk and stole more items off the counter, including a tray of lottery tickets, police said.

The suspect was seen westbound on a skateboard on Memory Lane.

Anyone with information was asked to call detectives at 714-245-8362 or dgreaversanta-ana.org. Orange County Crime Stoppers will accept anonymous tips at 855-TIP-OCCS.
