A Fresno man, shot Saturday at a bbq, following an argument over the Super Bowl, passed Sunday morning from his injuries, according to KTLA. A homeless man in his 30s was later arrested, after being identified by witnesses.
The incident occurred soon after 11:50am, when the gunman got involved in an argument with the victim, who was in his 20s. It quickly became heated, with the suspect drawing a makeshift weapon, and shooting the victim in the abdomen, who was pronounced dead, following emergency surgery.
Officers were not able to find the weapon.
No further details about the incident were available.
