Earlier this week, federal officers arrested 42-year-old Ali Yousif Ahmed Al-Nouri, an alleged leader of a group of Al-Qaeda terrorists.
He led this group in Al-Fallujah, Iraq where he killed two Iraqi police officers in 2006.
USA Today reports that the Iraqi government has requested for Al-Nouri to be extradited to Iraq. It is currently being handled by the Criminal Division's Office of International Affairs and the U.S. Attorney's Office of Arizona.
