Burning Man Organizers Sue U.S. Bureau of Land Management Over Fees

San Francisco-based Burning Man is suing the U.S. Bureau of Land Management over permit fees.

The non-profit claims it has been overcharged millions of dollars by the federal government for fees related to the annual Burning Man gathering in Nevada's Black Rock Desert.

Burning Man organizers say the BLM has failed to provide justification for the nearly three-million dollars it charges every year for a permit to hold the gathering.
