Authorities Seek Public's Help Finding Missing Man with Dementia

LANCASTER (CNS) - A man with dementia went missing from his residence in Lancaster today, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported, as they sought the public's help finding him.

William Alfred Clements, 71, was last seen at his residence in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue at noon, according to the LASD.

Clements also has kidney failure and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), the LASD reported. The department is classifying it as an at- risk missing person case.

He is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches, 140 pounds, with white hair, blue eyes and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black pants and blue slip-on shoes.
