You've heard of registered service dogs and ponies but what about a beehive? David Keller from Arizona noticed a problem with the process of registering pets as service animals. Last month, Keller saw a service dog pulling its owner in a parking lot. Clearly, the dog wasn't a service animal. "I was thinking that it's just too easy to get these animals to be ‘service animals,’" said Keller.
Keller uploaded a picture of a beehive to usaservicedogregistration.com. Amazingly, the beehive was successfully registered as a service animal. The beehive was to demonstrate how easy it is for people to register a service animal.
