Man Falls to Death from Exposition Park Parking Structure

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A 30-year-old Norwalk man died after falling from the top level of a parking structure in the Exposition Park area of Los Angeles, authorities said today.

It happened about 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the four-level Visiting Parking Structure, 700 Exposition Park Drive, California Highway Patrol Sgt. D. Porter said.

Michael Parra was there with his spouse, Leesli Martinez, when he “at some point leaned over the rail and fell,” Porter said.

Authorities are investigating to determine why Parra leaned over the rail, the sergeant said.

Any witnesses were asked to call the CHP at 323-259-3200.
