TARZANA (CNS) - Grammy award winning singer Chris Brown is holding a yard sale today at his Tarzana home “featuring significantly marked-down high end designer items.”

According to a flyer posted on the singer's Twitter account, the sale will take place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at his home at 19602 Citrus Ridge Drive.

“First come first served,” the announcement read.

It was unclear if Brown, 30, will be home during the sale.

Fans began lining up outside the singer's home Tuesday night.

In 2009, Brown was accused by his singer girlfriend Rihanna of brutally beating her as they drove away from a party the night before the Grammy Awards.

Photos later released showed bruises and swelling on Rihanna's face. She claimed he also put her in a head lock and caused her to nearly lose consciousness and a police report said Brown threatened to kill her.

Brown later claimed Rihanna threw a phone at him, began yelling at him, tried to kick him, then hit him. He said he responded by hitting her with a closed fist, cutting her lip. He then claimed she spit on him and he became more enraged.

Brown pleaded guilty in June 2009 to a felony and was sentenced to five years probation, community service and domestic violence counseling.

Brown won the 2012 Grammy for Best R&B album and has won four American Music Awards, the most recent in 2016 for Male Artist Soul and R&B.
