LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Today is the final day to register to vote in the Nov. 5 local and municipal elections.
People can register at www.lavote.net or mail in a voter registration form, which is available at libraries, post offices and most government offices. Registration forms can also be found at the Los Angeles County Clerk/Recorder office at 12400 Imperial Highway, room 3002, Norwalk.
Voters can check their registration status online to ensure their information is accurate.
For translated materials in Armenian, Chinese, Farsi, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai or Vietnamese, people can call 800-815-2666 and use “option 2.”
