This was recorded during Los Angeles City Councilman Mike Bonin's walk tour of a proposed new road diet on Centinela. A homeless man was literally playing with fire, and Mike Bonin did absolutely nothing!
The video clearly shows Bonin turn his back on what LeGras described as a "disturbed, inebriated homeless man playing with fire"...
