Felicity Huffman has turned herself into federal prison. The Desperate Housewives actress will serve a two week sentence for her involvement in the college admissions scam. Huffman received her sentence last month after pleading guilty to one charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.

"Felicity Huffman reported today for sentencing to the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California. Ms. Huffman is prepared to serve the term of imprisonment Judge Talwani ordered as one part of the punishment she imposed for Ms. Huffman’s actions," a rep for Huffman confirmed to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday (October 15). "She will begin serving the remainder of the sentence Judge Talwani imposed -- one year of supervised release, with conditions including 250 hours of community service -- when she is released."

The Federal Correction Institution in Dublin is a low-security all-women’s federal prison. The facility is located in Alameda County in northern California. Huffman specifically requested she serve her sentence there. Huffman was also ordered to pay a $30,000 fine as punishment for her crime. She will serve her 250 hours of community service by working one-on-one with children, according to ET.

A source close to Huffman told People the actress is “embarrassed and just ready to get this behind her. She wants to serve her time and move forward.”

Huffman is scheduled for release on October 28.
