Packages Of Cocaine Wash Up On Florida Beaches After Hurricane Dorian

While Hurricane Dorian makes it's way up the Southeast coast this week, many are finding suspicious packages wash up on the beaches...

Especially in Florida.

On Tuesday, Police in Melbourne, Florida say that someone approached them after finding a brick of cocaine that had washed up on the beach near Paradise Beach Park. According to the officer, the package was "wrapped in a way that is consistent with a kilo of illegal drugs."

The package later tested positive for cocaine.

But that wasn't the only "suspicious package" found on the beaches of Florida after Hurricane Dorian... Police also confirmed that another 25 kilos of cocaine washed up on Cocoa Beach the same day, just about 14 miles away from Paradise Beach Park.

Both packages are currently being investigated by police.
