Russia has been having some issues lately.
CNN reports that earlier this month, one of their spy submarines had "trouble off the northern coast". This trouble led to 14 sailors dying due to smoke inhalation.
Now, more recently, there was an explosion and a canceled village evacuation and these are raising questions about their nuclear program.
