A medical journal has reported on the incredibly odd case of an elderly British man whose dentures were stuck in his throat and wasn't discovered for days.
The man had gone to the emergency room because he was having difficulty swallowing and was coughing up blood.
After being diagnosed with pneumonia and being given antibiotics, he went back again and an x-ray revealed the culprit...his partial set of dentures was lodged at the top of his throat.
