A Texas woman has filed a million-dollar lawsuit claiming she was injured after walking into a floor-to-ceiling window as she was leaving a Kroger Marketplace in April. Anna Robb says that she mistook the window for an open doorway and slammed into it, causing her to suffer serious injuries. Her injuries resulted in physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, and pain and suffering. The lawsuit did not disclose the specific details of Robb's injuries.
Her complaint accuses LaGrone Services. Ltd., Kroger's general contractor, of negligence for failing "to place warning markers" on the window.
She is seeking between $200,000 and $1 million to cover her current and future medical expenses.
