Southland Gas Prices Dip Again

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped today for the 12th time in 13 days, decreasing a half-cent to $3.76.

The average price has dropped 4.9 cents over the past 13 days, including six-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

It is 2.3 cents less than one week ago and 2.8 cents lower than one month ago, but 10.2 cents higher than one year ago.

The Orange County average price dipped one-tenth of a cent to $3.717, after dropping nine-tenths of a cent on Tuesday. It is 1.3 cents less than one week ago and 2.6 cents lower than one month ago, but 11.8 cents more than one year ago.
