Cabo RVC Meet & Greet With Gina Kirschenheiter Benefitting The Caterina Grace Foundation

NEWPORT BEACH (CNS) - ``Real Housewives of Orange County'' cast member Gina Kirschenheiter is expected to plead guilty today to drunken driving, her attorney said.

Kirschenheiter, 34, who was arrested Jan. 30, intends to plead guilty and be sentenced on two misdemeanor charges, said her attorney, Michael Fell.

She was charged Feb. 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit of .08, both misdemeanors. The criminal complaint alleges Kirschenheiter's blood-alcohol level was .20.

Fell said he was ``moved at how Ms. Kirschenheiter has addressed this incident from the outset and her desire to continue to educate the public on the dangers of DUI.''

After Tuesday's plea, Kirschenheiter will hold a news conference outside the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.

Kirschenheiter, meanwhile, is seeking a restraining order against her estranged husband, Matthew Kirschenheiter, who was arrested last month on suspicion of felony corporal injury of a spouse. She filed for divorce in April.

The two married in May 2010 and separated in March of last year. They have two sons and a daughter ages 5, 4, and 2.

A hearing on the restraining order is set for July 16 in Family Law Court at the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange.
