Bryan Suits and his friend Kennedy from the Fox Business Network had a walk through Skid Row.
It opened their eyes to the conditions of some of the worst areas in Los Angeles.
The smell was awful. Tents were everywhere. And no one seems to be doing anything about it.
One of the most telling moments during the walk was seeing a public park that was meant for kids being completely overrun by homeless people.
The worst part? It was a walk of only about a 4 square block. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
