In probably one of the weirdest kleptomania cases ever, we meet a man who was caught stealing Koi fish.
The man was seen on a home security camera walking up to the Westminster home's pond with a large net.
He manages to grab two of the fish before the homeowner catches him and then runs off quickly.
The owners shared the video and believe it or not, they say this is the FOURTH time this has happened to them!
