#TastyTuesday: Keys To Corn Cookin'

What says barbeque (side dish) like corn on the cob???

Uhhh...NOTHING!!!

I love it!

You love it!

@ForkReporter loves it!

The question is, though, how to prepare it...

Some people have their favorite recipe that they go to every single time.

Other people are still looking for their go-to method.

That's where The Washington Post comes in. They did some research and worked up four recipes that you just may wanna try out!

  1. Naked
    1. Remove the husks and silks
    2. Soak the corn for 15-30 minutes
    3. Heat the grill to 450 degrees
    4. Cook the corn for a total of 8 minutes - 2 minutes on each quarter
  2. Husked
    1. Pull the husk back but do not remove them
    2. Remove the silks
    3. Put the husk back in place and secure them with foil
    4. Heat the grill as done above
    5. Cook as done above
  3. Smoked
    1. Remove the husks and silks
    2. Soak the corn for 15-30 minutes
    3. Heat the grill as done above
    4. Add 1/2 cup of hardwood chips to the smoker box
    5. Turn off half of the grill
    6. Wait 3 minutes and then put the corn on the hot side of the grill
    7. Cook the corn for half of the time as done above
  4. Foiled
    1. Remove the husks and silks
    2. Soak the corn for 15-30 minutes
    3. Heat the grill as done above
    4. Wrap the corn in foil
    5. Cook the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning them often
