In a totally random bit of road rage, a Lake Elsinore man is accused of throwing a wrench at another car.
The throw was caught on tape and shows the man pull up to the victim's car, yell a curse word and toss the tool before speeding off.
The wrench shattered the victim's window and it isn't clear what exactly prompted the incident.
