Enough is enough.
Los Angeles is filled with nothing but crazy people.
Today's crazy story is one we've never seen before.
Los Angeles residents caught a shirtless man on video smashing car windows with rocks and he walked back and forth between a busy street in the Mid-City area.
Police received a call about the crazy man throwing rocks at vehicles near the intersection of Venice Boulevard and South Fairfax Ave at about 3:50 p.m.
Has anyone drove around LA during the afternoon?
It's a complete traffic mess.
The man has been identified as a 32-year-old Emmanuel Moncada.
Videos showed that Moncada threw rocks at all the cars and buses passing by. Later on, he even started punching the front of the bus.
Eventually at a bus stop, Moncada boarded and the videos showed passengers running off.
BUT, it seemed like this was the trick. Because a bloodied Moncada was dragged out of the bus and was being punched and kicked several times.
Police were able to catch him and records show he was being held on $100,000 bail.
One person and 16 vehicles were apparently struck by rocks during the incident, according to officials. But Abraham alleges more than 40 cars were hit.
Moncada was being held on $100,000 bail, inmate records show.
