Well, if you were these kids in Florida you'd apparently send out emails asking all the male students to submit a "penis inspection."
The two students at Florida's Labelle Senior High School cited "Florida Penal Health Code 69."
The real Dean of Students sent a follow-up apology message, revealing the school will conduct an investigation into the matter.
