LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A man has been arrested in Washington state for allegedly making criminal threats against conservative radio host Ben Shapiro, police and TMZ reported today.
Los Angeles police took a report from a radio host it did not name but who was identified as Shapiro in a TMZ report and handed the matter over to the FBI, which made the arrest, according to Officer Jeff Lee of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section.
According to TMZ, the suspect made threats against Shapiro and his family.
``Thanks to local and federal law enforcement for their quick and hard work here,'' Shapiro said on Twitter.
