Today Manuel Franco of Wisconsin came forward to accept his $768 million Powerball jackpot, which is the third largest in U.S. history.

Check out the video below where Franco talks about what he'll be doing with all his new found money.

In the press conference, Franco also talked about the lucky feeling he felt the day of the number drawing for the Powerball on March 27th.

Franco said, “It’s a weird lucky feeling. It’s not natural, not normal at all," and we got to say he sure has some good instincts.

If you were wondering why the winner chose to chose to show his face, under Wisconsin law all lottery winners are not allowed to remain anonymous.

All in all Franco opted for a $477 million lump over the $768 annuity option, which would have been paid over a 29 year period.
