Honoring Kurt Cobain On The 25th Anniversary Of His Death

Back in the early 90's, grunge took a new wave of excitement in the music industry.

The band that led it all was Nirvana.

Lead singer Kurt Cobain, bassist Krist Novoselic and drummer Dave Grohl were leading the charts as biggest band in the world.

The genius behind the music was Kurt Cobain.

His lyrics spoke to fans unlike ever before.

After his shocking death on April 5, 1994 by suicide. The music industry was shaken by the news.

However, his legacy still lives on.

"Nevermind" tops Rolling Stone's list of most influential grunge albums and Nirvana sits at #30 for greatest artists of all time.

Today we honor the 25th anniversary of his death.
