A federal judge has ruled that since the Pentagon now allows women in combat roles, an all-male draft is unconstitutional.
US District Judge Gray Miller agreed with men's rights group the National Coalition For Men, stating that the draft should be inclusive:
"Combat roles no longer uniformly require sheer size or muscle."
After the Supreme Court upheld the male-only draft registration in 1981, any man who doesn't signup becomes ineligible for federal jobs and student loans.
