The government of Dubai's Gender Balance Index just handed out three awards for gender balance and all three winners were men.
A military officer and two department heads took home awards for best work initiative, best department and best gender personality.
One female was recognized for her "projects that helped achieve gender balance" but did not receive an award.
Twitter users were quick to criticize a tweet by the government that showed the three men receiving their awards. One user tweeted "I'm sorry to tell you this but you forget to invite WOMEN."
