A lot of us have began our New Year’s resolution to lose weight. We have began the practices of less sugar, exercise and healthy eating. To all of you that feel good about the healthy decisions you have made so far, THIS ARTICLE ISN’T FOR YOU NERD!

This article is for those of you who are teetering on the edge of sanity with your monstrous cravings. Warning: what I will say next is strictly for all of my fellow junk food enthusiasts who get swept off their feet by the smell of burgers on the grill, french fry exhaust and pie in the oven.
