Hmm, you want to know what we were thinking about today? How in the world can we make our lives just a tad bit easier? BACON. It's got to do with cooking bacon easier and safer. Thanks to celebrity chef, Rachel Ray, she's showing us how to cook bacon mess-free and in the oven.
It's mega easy. All you need to do is preheat the oven to 375°F slotted broiler pan (or a wire cooling rack over a rimmed baking sheet). If you're wanting a nice crispy piece of heaven (and you know, to eat safely) then bake for about 15 - 18 minutes.
“When it comes out, it’s evenly brown, perfectly flat and crisp,” Rach says.
“Plus all the fat drips away.”
