Southland Gas Prices Still Falling

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped for the 10th consecutive day today, falling 1 cent to $3.357 -- its lowest amount since Jan. 26, 2018.

The average price is 4.2 cents less than one week ago, 16.2 cents lower than one month ago, and 14 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price dropped for the 16th consecutive day, decreasing 1.1 cents to $3.316 -- its lowest amount since Jan. 26.

The Orange County average price has dropped 10 cents over the past 16 days, including six-tenths of a cent on Friday. It is 4.6 cents less than one week ago and 15.4 cents lower than one month ago, but 12.9 cents higher than one year ago.
