A Missouri man has been sentenced to once-a-month Bambi screenings, and if you ask us, that's not nearly enough.
(Now, we're not saying that watching Bambi is a punishment for everyone, because it is clearly a respected classic. But, if you're a heartless monster, then it would be.)
David Berry Jr. has been sentenced to a year in prison for illegally killing and beheading hundreds of deer with his family over a three year period.
According to Springfield News-Leader, Lawrence County Prosecuting Attorney Don Trotter says the four family members just wanted the heads.
“The deer were trophy bucks taken illegally, mostly at night, for their heads, leaving the bodies of the deer to waste."
Seriously!!! Who beheads deer just for the fun of it?!?

So, while sitting behind bars, Berry must watch Bambi every single month, starting by December 23.
And, if you ask us, that's the only thing the 29-year-old should be allowed to watch over the next 12 months.
(It's probably a good thing that we don't get to determine prison sentences...)
