Vegan Diets Are Leading To Malnutrition In Wealthy Countries

Lower levels of certain vitamins and minerals have been found in those who follow a plant-based diet, as well as higher fracture rates.

A group of biologists writing for The Conversation suggests vegans add fortified foods and supplements to their diets to replace the missing micronutrients.
