HOLLYWOOD (CNS) - Actor Josh Henderson was free on bail today after being arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a Studio City neighbor's home.
Henderson, 37, who appeared on the television series ``Desperate Housewives,'' was arrested on suspicion of burglary just after midnight Monday in the 11100 block of Aqua Vista Street and was released hours later after posting $50,000 bail, according the Los Angeles Police Department and sheriff's inmate records.
Police released no other details, but TMZ reported that Henderson was suspected of being one of three suspect caught on video surveillance climbing over a balcony and stealing about $7,000 worth of jewelry. Sources told TMZ, however, that Henderson was not one of the hoodie-wearing intruders and a neighbor who claimed to recognize his jaw line on the surveillance video was mistaken.
Henderson appears on the E! drama series ``The Arrangement'' and in the newly released Hallmark TV movie ``Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas.''
