Deadline To Request Vote-by-Mail Ballots Tonight

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot in Los Angeles County for the Nov. 6 general election is 11:59 p.m. tonight.

Voters can request a mail-in ballot online at www.lavote.net, return the ballot application on the back of a sample ballot or make a request in person at the headquarters office of the Registar-Recorder/County Clerk, 12400 Imperial Highway, Third Floor, Room 3002 in Norwalk.

The Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk has issued more than 2.6 million mail-in ballots. All vote-by-mail ballots postmarked by Election Day will be counted if received within three days. No postage is required. Vote-by-mail ballots can also be dropped off in person at 150 locations countywide.
