Start your morning off with a smile and check out this video!

Kindergarteners in Tennessee greeted their school's custodian on the morning of his birthday with the 'Happy Birthday' song. But not just any version of the song...

James Anthony, well known around the school as Mr. James, is deaf. So when he walked into the classroom of young students, he was happily surprised to learn that they had all learned the signing of the birthday song!

Hickerson Elementary posted the sweet video on their Facebook page Tuesday with the note: “Our Kindergarten classes learned how to sign Happy Birthday for Mr. James’ birthday today. He was so surprised!”

“Mr. James teaches the kids sign language every now and then, teaches them good manners and how to treat other people,” Principal Jimmy Anderson told WZTV.

According to school officials, Anthony has been working more than 20 years in the Coffee County School District.

“I am 34 years old and Mr James was my janitor at Hickerson as well!!!! GOD BLESS this wonderful man!!!!!!!!!!” Jordan Carter commented on the Facebook post.
