Masseuse Alleges Actor Sexually Battered Him

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Kevin Spacey was sued today by a man who alleges the actor groped him while the plaintiff was giving him a massage in Malibu in 2016.

The plaintiff is identified only as John Doe in the Los Angeles Superior Court complaint, which alleges sexual battery, gender violence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit seeks unspecified damages.

A representative for the 59-year-old actor could not be immediately reached.

According to the suit, a man contacted the plaintiff on behalf of Spacey in October 2016 requesting a massage for Spacey at a private home in Malibu. The suit does not identify the resident or owner of the home.

Doe says he was greeted when he arrived by Spacey and was asked by the actor to go to an upstairs room in a guest house, where the plaintiff set up the massage table.

Spacey entered the room wearing a robe and locked the door behind him, the suit states. Spacey said he was having “some pain or discomfort in his groin area,” the suit states.

While massaging one of Spacey's legs, the actor grabbed his hand and pulled it into his scrotum and testicles, the suit states.

A startled Doe told Spacey, “What are you doing? I have a son,” the suit states.

Spacey stood up from the table and told Doe, “You have such beautiful eyes,” while allegedly blocking Doe from leaving, the suit states.

Spacey eventually allowed Doe to depart and the plaintiff took his massage table, but left behind sheets and oil and left in a hurry, according to the suit.
