Apple is set to have another media announcement on September 12, and we have some ideas on what you can expect to see at the event.
1 - 3 New iPhones
It looks like there will be three new iPhones. The first one is the obvious second generation of the iPhone X, which will probably be called the iPhones XS. This will have the same 5.8-inch OLED display as the iPhone X.
Then there will be the iPhone XS Plus, which will be the same thing, but 6.5-inch.
Finally, it looks like there will be a new, less expensive iPhone that will have a 6.1-inch LCD display.
2 - Improvements
- Upgraded A12 processor
- Improved LTE chips
- Gorilla Glass 6
- New LG Display for 6.5-inch phone
- Larger battery in larger phones
3 - Crazy Cool Camera
It looks like they might use a triple-lens camera setup in the new iPhones, which would allow them to perform a 3x optical zoom on an iPhone for the first time. This allows for better zoom-in picture quality and low-light performance.
4 - Stylin' Stlyus
If you are a fan of using a stylus, then you'll be happy to hear that the new iPhones may support the use of an iPen device.
5 - Virtual SIM
Rather than physical SIM cards, it looks like Apple may be moving towards virtual SIM cards, allowing people to program their phones without actually having the physical SIM card with them.
