Let's paint a little picture...
It is a beautiful day. You're sitting on a beach in France. People are kayaking in the bay. Families are playing in the waves. A dolphin is swimming in the shallows, jumping around the boats and playing with the people.
Everything is perfect. Or so you think...
It turns out that the dolphin swimming in the shallows has a name. Zafar.
And Zafar has a problem. Sexual frustration.
Yep.
When you saw Zafar jumping around the kayaks and boats, he was also rubbing himself up against them.
And when you saw him playing with people, he was also bumping them and grinding a "certain part" of his "excited" body on their bodies.
Zafar is causing so much havoc along Plougastel-Daoulas, Logonna-Daoulas, and Landévennec that Landévennec's mayor, Roger Lars, actually issued an order that says "swimming and diving are banned on the village shoreline… whenever the presence of the dolphin is confirmed."
Sounds like Zafar needs to meet those dolphins that made a pretty awkward appearance on NBC...
