A false alarm caused panic on the runway on a Los Angeles bound flight.
The JetBlue flight taking off from New York experienced a radio issue that impacted the ability to communicate...which sent a false alarm to JFK tower...which then led to a STRONG police response.
Videos from the scene showed dozens of police vehicles surrounding the plane and photos from passengers inside show the sweep.
Obviously nothing was found amiss, but the FAA has said there will be an investigation into what caused the false alarm.
