A Massachusetts mother walked into a kindergarten classroom on a tour and saw more than just toys and crayons.
Taped to a chalkboard is a sign with a rhyme to the tune of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,” rewritten telling students what to do if there’s a shooter.
The photo, shared by Georgy Cohen, has been shared several thousand times and she calls the poster "jarring".
The school that this was at a Somerville Public School (Cohen declined to name the exact school) and the district says this was the work of a single teacher and is not a policy at all their schools.
