According to Fox LA Mazariegos walked into a California Lottery Office in Van Nuys holding onto a California Black Premium Scratchers worth $5 million.
Back in November, he was fortunate enough to win $1 million dollars. Wow.
The tickets were purchased in Van Nuys, California.
